A company is looking for a UCaaS Sr. Engineer - Remote (Telecom).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams to integrate UCaaS services with clients' IT environments Oversee configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of UCaaS systems Ensure service delivery aligns with customer requirements and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of UCaaS technologies, including VoIP and SIP Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols
Experience with Alianza Metaswitch CFS and related technologies Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Understanding of WAF technology and call recording systems
