A company is looking for a Technical Product Solutions Engineer to partner with customers' product and engineering teams for successful integrations.
Key Responsibilities Lead pre-sales technical activities and build relationships with partners' technical stakeholders Collaborate with partners to architect solutions and manage integrations from kickoff to launch Conduct daily operational reviews and proactively monitor partner integration health and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks like React) Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, PHP, Java, C, C++, etc.) Experience working with APIs and integrations in large-scale ecommerce environments Familiarity with SQL/MySQL and fundamental data analysis Experience troubleshooting technical issues for customers or partners
