A company is looking for a Senior Success Guide to drive customer success through technical expertise in data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities Act as a subject-matter expert on Data Cloud and Agentforce, supporting the broader Success Guide organization Engage with Premier and Signature customers to optimize their use of Data Cloud and Agentforce Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry, preferably with Data 360 and AI expertise Experience discussing the competitive advantages of Data Cloud for AI functionality Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently Degree or equivalent relevant experience required Fluent English speaker with strong interpersonal skills
