Technology Support Specialist II

Our client, Hansen Talent Group, is hiring a Technology Support Specialist to support an onsite enterprise help desk environment. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills combined with customer-focused service in a fast-paced support center. This is a fully onsite position.

• Troubleshoot and resolve routine to moderately complex hardware, software, and application issues.
• Analyze technical symptoms using documented processes to restore service quickly and accurately.
• Research and respond to customer requests while properly documenting resolutions in tracking systems.
• Determine business impact of incidents and escalation appropriately when needed.
• Maintain and update knowledge base documentation as systems and processes evolve.
• Proactively monitor systems, servers, and networks to prevent outages and ensure availability.
• Provide technical guidance and informal user training on supported systems.
• Analyze trends and perform basic gap analysis to align support with business needs.

• Strong background in technical support (not customer service only).
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide clear technical guidance to non-technical users.
• Proficiency navigating common enterprise applications and systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a multi-platform technical support center environment preferred.
• Nice to have:
  Experience with Citrix, VPN technologies, and Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams).
