Consultant, Technical Account Manager

• Support customers in disconnected environments as a subject matter expert on Dell Technologies data center infrastructure products
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the Dell Technologies portfolio including storage, compute, networking, and cybersecurity
• Build and nurture internal relationships within the organization and earn trust with account executives and leadership
• Develop external relationships with customers and partners to demonstrate professional technical competence
• Assist in the design, definition, and implementation of complex system requirements for customers

• Must be a US citizen and have an active TS/SCI security clearance
• In‑depth troubleshooting knowledge of Dell Power Edge servers, specifically Power Edge XE servers
• Strong knowledge of networking infrastructure, particularly Infini Band networking in datacenter environments
• Experience working in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu) and familiarity with Dell and vendor diagnostic utilities
• Customer‑facing experience with strong escalation management skills in high‑pressure environments

• 12+ years of technical support experience with industry certifications such as A+, Security+, MCITP/MCSE, VCP, RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA
• CI or FS polygraph certification
