As a Digital Services Specialist at SC State Credit Union, you will engage daily in monitoring and optimizing our digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience. You'll troubleshoot and address member inquiries related to online banking services, utilizing a customer‑centric approach to resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to implement digital solutions and enhancements while contributing to ongoing projects that support our strategic goals.

The position requires excellent computer and analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel.
