Position: Help Desk Technician :: Columbia, SC
Location: Columbia

Required Skills:
  • 5 Years of experience with Microsoft Entra  general Microsoft administration
  • 5 years of experience with Windows Server environments
  • 10 years of experience in troubleshooting skills in networking (wired/wireless)
  • 5+ years experience responding to help desk requests via ticketing system
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred skills:
  • Experience with Deskpro ticketing system
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
  • Experience with Ruckus/Brocade network switches
