Job Description

Pay Range: $47.65hr - $52.65hr

Must Have / Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience with government IT projects.
  • 3+ years of Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio).
  • Experience building complex canvas and model-driven applications.
  • 3+ years of experience designing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • 3+ years of experience integrating Power Platform apps and flows with SQL Server.
  • Experience managing security roles, permissions, and secure data handling.
Preferred / Nice to Have Skills
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200).
  • Experience embedding Power BI dashboards into Power Apps.
  • Understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
Additional / Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create clear, detailed technical and operational documentation.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Build and Support Solutions
  • Develop apps, workflows, chatbots, and dashboards using Power Platform tools.
  • Design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Use Dataverse to design, model, and manage data structures.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
Automation And AI
  • Build and manage automated processes using Power Automate.
  • Develop Copilot Studio agents to support agency business processes.
Security And Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with GCC and agency security standards.
  • Collaborate with administrators to implement DLP policies, access controls, and environment configurations.
  • Ensure solutions align with FedRAMP and NIST requirements.
Collaboration And Leadership
  • Work closely with Office of Technology (OT) and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to team members.
  • Document development work and support solution deployments.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience will be considered.
