The Senior Scrum Master leads Agile development teams in delivering technology solutions aligned with the Bank’s product vision and strategic goals. As a champion of Agile principles, this role drives best practices, fosters innovation, and enhances team performance through coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do- Educate teams and stakeholders on Agile principles using training and practical tools
- Mentor Scrum Masters and team members to strengthen Agile practices
- Develop strategies for enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and cultural transformation
- Implement Agile processes to improve collaboration, transparency, and predictability
- Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning
- Serve as the primary contact for Scrum team-related projects and applications
- Coordinate across teams in a scaled Agile environment to meet project goals
- Lead by example, driving Agile maturity and organizational change
- Align Agile practices with business processes, products, and technologies
- Partner with senior leadership to evolve and sustain Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years as Scrum Master OR 5+ years as Project Manager
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) & Advanced Scrum Master - Required
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) - Preferred
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks & coaching experience
- Proven success managing complex, multi-team initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Technical exposure or programming experience - Plus
