Senior Scrum Master; Banking Domain

Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite 3 Days/Week)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong Banking domain expertise to lead Agile delivery teams in implementing technology solutions aligned with the Bank’s product vision and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will act as an Agile champion
, driving enterprise-wide Agile adoption, coaching teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives in a regulated financial environment.

• Educate teams and stakeholders on Agile principles through training and practical tools
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile team members to strengthen Agile maturity
• Drive enterprise-level Agile transformation and cultural change
• Implement Agile processes to improve collaboration, transparency, and predictability
• Coordinate across multiple teams in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe / Scrum of Scrums)
• Serve as primary point of contact for Scrum-related initiatives and applications
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and foster a culture of innovation
• Align Agile practices with business processes, banking products, and compliance standards
• Partner with senior leadership to evolve Agile methodologies across the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of overall experience
• 3+ years as Scrum Master OR 5+ years as Project Manager in Agile environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Advanced Scrum Master required
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
• Exposure to technical environments or programming background
• Experience in regulatory/compliance-driven environments
