Genesys Cloud Developer; Hybrid

We're hiring a Genesys Cloud
Developer to join our team in Columbia, SC
. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

• 6 years-of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience
• Proficiency in Genesys Cloud
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and service integrations
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred
• Familiarity with lucid charts or other workflow modeling tools is a plus

• Lead the design and development of advanced Genesys Cloud Architect workflows (IVR, digital, routing, NLU-driven call flows)
• Produce high-quality technical and functional documentation, including FRDs, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications
• Implement API development using RESTful services
• Configure digital channels, including sms and chat
• Support call centers (call flows and CCaSS platform)
• Participate in and/or lead discovery and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or other job-related degree
• Genesys certifications, such as Genesys Cloud CX Developer (CCX GCD) or Genesys Cloud CX Architect (GCX ARC) are nice to have

The hourly rate for this position is $57.34.
