daily duties / responsibilities:

this position is responsible for providing technical services and support to ensure operational efficiency, scheduling, and running of mainframe production jobs. Monitoring mainframe systems will be a required duty, as well. This position is also responsible for carrying out incident management processes including monitoring systems/services, ticketing, notification, problem analysis, tracking, and resolution. The job hours can include 24/7, nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
