Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering healthcare insurance IT projects in accordance with established scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires hands-on project management experience within a healthcare insurance technology environment and the ability to manage technical resources, estimates, and deliverables while working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
- 3-5+ years of overall experience in Project Management
- 1-3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare insurance IT environment
- Proven experience managing technology-driven projects
- Project planning and execution across the full project lifecycle
- Effort estimation for technical tasks
- Resource allocation and workload planning
- Schedule development, tracking, and risk mitigation
- Status reporting and stakeholder communication
- Issue and dependency management
