Overview
The IT & Facilities Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Grains internal IT and office services. The position supports colleagues across the business by delivering efficient first-line technical support, managing day-to-day IT and facilities requests, and maintaining clear technical and process documentation.

- Contribute to system improvements through configuration changes
- Support small-scale automation and accurate reporting
The role is designed to develop the holder’s technical capability over time, providing a pathway toward more advanced responsibilities within the IT & Facilities team, such as Senior IT Analyst or Developer.
