Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr – $/yr

• Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
• Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
• Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationship with sales team to align objectives and support sales with lead generation efforts
• Manage and optimize paid digital advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Linked In Ads, including campaign setup, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Managing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
• Experience with SEO and SEM, strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, digital campaigns, etc.)
• Knowledge in managing and optimizing website, preferably Wordpress
• Solid understanding of UX/UI and website optimization
• Practical experience in the creation of marketing materials with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva
• Experience with creating, managing and optimizing digital campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Linked In Ads
• Ability to analyze website traffic and campaigns in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and similar platforms
