Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Position OverviewWe are seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician to provide hands‑on and remote desktop support for end users. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving a wide range of technical issues to ensure uninterrupted computer and system support at the site.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite and remote desktop support for local and remote end users
- Respond to escalated incidents, phone calls, emails, and chat‑based support requests
- Monitor systems and respond as needed to support a 24x7 (365) operational facility
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support and maintain computer peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and telephones
- Perform PC imaging and deployment (Windows 10 experience required)
- Assist with setup, testing, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment
- Support installation of hardware and software and respond to routine user inquiries
- Participate in various IT‑related projects and operational tasks as needed
- Hands‑on experience with Windows 10 PC imaging
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Experience supporting hardware, peripherals, and end‑user devices
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
