Delivery Director – Services Delivery & Support

NTT DATA is seeking a Delivery Director in Columbia, South Carolina to provide strategic direction, lead teams, and oversee the execution of Digital and Application Transformation initiatives into Cloud platforms. The candidate will build strong partnerships with agencies and clients, drive transformation goals, and improve operational efficiency by managing IT resources and collaborating with senior leaders to deliver integrated IT services.

• Serve alongside a Senior Account Director and team to establish enterprise strategic direction and policies; identify opportunities for improved productivity and efficiency while maintaining a high level of technical and management knowledge.
• Provide senior executive‑level expertise and technical guidance to major, large‑scale innovation programs and projects.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional organizations to identify opportunities to leverage common strategies, work streams, and solutions, and to extend the adoption of statewide standards.
• Partner with finance and budget teams to direct allocations, understand organizational financial health, and respond to budgetary requests and challenges as delegated.

• A minimum of ten (10) years overall application development experience with in‑depth experience in the project development life cycle from design to implementation and delivery.
• At least five (5) years of experience managing and developing people on technical teams.
• Prior experience delivering Service Oriented Architectures.
• Prior experience managing in‑house, cloud, and vendor IT services portfolios.
• Exceptional experience with Network Fiber and installation of Fiber.
• ITIL V4 Certification.
• Ability to perform on‑call duties as needed.
• Availability to travel up to 25% to Columbia, SC.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent relative experience.

• Prior experience with large‑scale service delivery management.
• Prior experience with executive level stakeholder management.
• Project Manager Certification.
• Certification from one of the Large‑Scale Cloud Management Platforms.

  CCNA, CCNP Enterprise‑Level, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT).
