Information Technology Support Technician

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a LOCAL Columbia, SC based IT Endpoint Technician with experience building laptops, tablets and workstations in addition to providing hardware/software support at enterprise levels. This position is long-term, and will require FULLY ONSITE work in Columbia. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication who are self-starters.

• Build desktops, laptops, and tablets, using Microsoft endpoint configuration manager.
• Provide deskside / in-person user support, leveraging excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Ensure Bit Locker encryption key is successfully stored in active directory.
• Ensure the Microsoft endpoint configuration manager client is installed on each desktop, laptop, and tablet during the build process.

• At least 4 years of experience in an IT Technician/Deskside Support position.
• At least 4 years of experience in computer deployments/operation/hardware/software installation.
• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
