Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst to join a large team in Columbia, SC.
What you’ll do:- Provide hands‑on technical support for desktop computers, printers, and end‑user equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
- You’ll configure, install, and maintain workstation software and hardware, monitor incoming support tickets, and ensure all systems are properly secured and backed up.
- Additional responsibilities include documenting configurations, assisting with troubleshooting and application testing, supporting LAN/WAN environments, and maintaining inventory of hardware and replacement parts.
- Experience supporting desktop computers, printers, and LAN/WAN connections.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with operating system imaging, software installs, and workstation configuration.
