Finatext's mission is to "reinvent finance as a service" and to become the standard for the next generation of financial infrastructure.

Currently, many financial institutions in Japan face the challenge of being unable to make improvements to optimize digital customer experience due to their legacy, heavy, and lengthy systems.

We are rebuilding Japan's financial systems, which face these challenges, using a modern environment (on-premise to cloud), technology (Go/containers), and design (monolith to microservices).

Although we are a startup, we have earned a high reputation for collaborating with Japan's leading companies in the infrastructure field, such as Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Daiwa Securities, MS&AD, and Nippon Life Insurance.

We will be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in December 2021, and with a stronger financial base, we plan to further expand our business, and we are also preparing trust-type stock options for new members.

• Development of financial infrastructure (asset management, insurance, etc.) developed by the group, or design, development, and operation of applications that run on that platform
• Launch, develop, and operate new financial infrastructure businesses
• Leading the development team in technology verification, technology selection, and technical problem solving
• Technical support for team members

Server side

• Development experience in Go, Ruby or other programming languages
• Experience building systems using public clouds such as AWS and GCP

Front end

• HTML/CSS/Type Script programming skills
• Experience developing SPA and SSR using Type Script frameworks such as React and Vue.js
• Knowledge and development experience of ES2020+
• Interest in design and UI/UX (graphic design skills are not required)

Finance domain knowledge is not required. Welcome skills

Server side

• Experience building and operating systems in container environments using Docker, etc.
• Experience building and operating serverless systems using AWS Lambda, etc.
• Experience developing and operating the server side of applications with large numbers of users
• Understanding and practical experience in test automation and test-driven development
• Understanding and practical experience in Site Reliability Engineering

Front end

• Experience developing large-scale web applications
• Experience developing web applications using MVVM, MVC, Flux architectures
• Amplify Experience in operating web applications using a console
• Experience in developing responsive applications
• Experience in easy-to-maintain CSS, component design, and implementation using BEM, etc.
• Experience in performance tuning
• Experience in API design
