What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll serve as a first point of contact for internal users, helping troubleshoot issues, guide them through solutions, and ensure a smooth day-to-day technology experience. You’ll work closely with other IT team members and gain exposure to a broad range of foundational IT tasks, including hardware setup, software support, and user account administration.
Experience Needed- Foundational knowledge of IT concepts through education, certifications, or hands-on experience
- Strong customer service mindset and clear, professional communication skills
- Comfort working with computers, common software applications, and basic troubleshooting
- Experience using an IT ticketing system
- A+, Network+, Security+, or similar certifications
- Exposure to user account management, workstation setup, or system support tasks
- Salary range: $50 - 60K
