• Lead and conduct information risk assessments, analyzing documentation and collecting relevant materials
• Document and communicate risk assessment results clearly and concisely to stakeholders
• Manage and score risks related to threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls
• Partner with various projects to integrate security architecture requirements and develop remediation solutions
• Prepare and present solution decks to management and technical teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Security, Governance, Risk, and/or Compliance
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management>
• Demonstrated ability to present Information Security concepts to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with key cybersecurity technologies such as IPS, firewalls, and encryption

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management
• Proven leadership in cybersecurity governance for mergers and acquisitions
• Expertise in policy lifecycle management and compliance with HIPAA and NIST standards
• Familiarity with governance tools such as RSA Archer and policy management systems
