SQL Developer

Short List is looking for a SQL Developer to maintain data systems for a leading non‑profit in Columbia, SC. The role will work as part of a growing data team and requires strong T‑SQL development skills. Hybrid work is available – four days per week in the central Columbia office.

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year (base pay range). Individual salary is based on experience and skills.

• Develop and maintain T‑SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and tables.
• Administer SQL Server security, user roles, and permissions.
• Create, schedule, and monitor SQL Server Agent jobs.
• Collaborate on reporting and analytics logic using T‑SQL.
• Support and enhance ETL workflows.

• At least 5 years of experience in SQL development.
• Strong knowledge of T‑SQL and database administration.
• Understanding of ETL concepts, data automation, and Python.
• Familiarity with Azure SQL is a plus.
• Experience working with complex APIs, especially AI integration.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent often preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder iterations. No sponsorship.
