• Provide end-user support by resolving incidents, addressing new challenges, and assisting in the implementation of new processes, including documentation creation.
• Support the Application Team in resolving complex technical issues and assist with SAP testing when required.
• Deliver training, guidance, and ongoing support to SAP Key Users.
• Collaborate closely with SAP Module Managers globally to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely resolution of Incidents and Change Requests in accordance with SLA, escalating when necessary.
• Review and adjust ticket categorization to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles to promote end-user self-service.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge through collaboration with Senior Application Specialists and external training when needed.
• Review, assess, and approve documentation created by Key Users.
• Prepare and share clear, accessible documentation for Key Users and the Application Team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in application or system support, preferably within SAP environments.
• Solid knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, or PP
  .
• Experience with ticket management tools (Service Now, Jira, Remedy) and familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven experience creating technical documentation and user guides.
• Experience delivering training and support to Key Users.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
