Base Pay Range

$46.74/hr - $46.74/hr

Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Contract to hire)

Job Description
  • Partially onsite / M-F; 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week.
  • Interview Process: 2 rounds – First interview in person with manager;
    Second interview virtually with lead staff.
  • Required Software:
    Microsoft Office;
    Preferred Software: SAS and/or Python;
    Databricks; SQL.
  • Part of MSAD reporting department working with JJ/JM Part A/B and RRB claims.
  • Monthly work includes data integrity and routine processes; assist data warehouse table loads; run processes; deliver reports; create ad hoc reports; collaborate with customers.
  • Programming to create useful and insightful reporting. Currently use SAS and SQL; shift to Python by end of 2026; data visualization and dashboarding expected.
  • Looking for reporting skills, rather than software development; ability to handle mathematical computations using programming languages.
  • Excellent communication skills; meet external vendors and CMS; document clear reports; adapt quickly to changes; self‑motivated and confident.
Responsibilities
  • Develop complex statistical analysis using standard and ad‑hoc reporting tools to identify patterns and trends; prepare charts, graphics, and narrative reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute complex database programs for data extraction and presentation; create documentation for procedures.
  • Provide sophisticated data interpretation to guide departmental efforts; prepare graphics and narrative reports.
  • Assist in project planning, system lifecycle maintenance, quality checks on relational database tables; develop change requests and testing plans; research new data sources.
  • May assume a leadership role in analysis activities.
Experience
  • 4 years of statistical programming or statistical interpretation.
Skills
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and analytical skills; use complex mathematical calculations; knowledge of mathematical or statistical concepts; relevant programming skills.
  • Microsoft Office; strong oral and written communication skills; computer systems support knowledge.
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
