• Develop test plans, UAT processes, and detailed test cases for enterprise systems.
• Execute UI, regression, reliability, negative, and usability testing protocols.
• Maintain SDLC traceability between system requirements and test cases.
• Design and run automated testing scripts to ensure system stability.
• Lead defect triage, retest, and resolution workflows with development teams.
• Perform reviews and walkthroughs of testing governance and documentation.
• Publish status reports of open issues and quality metrics for leadership.

• 5 or more years of experience in test engineering and quality assurance testing.
• Proficiency in formal test design tools and healthcare business processes.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence for test management.
• Experience in translating business requirements and policy documentation into test scenarios.
• Experience with automated testing scripts and regression testing methodologies.
• Experience in waterfall and Agile software development life cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
