Sr. Analyst, System Testing II

Base pay range: $53.05/hr - $53.05/hr

This role involves completing supportive administrative and leadership activities while collecting and analyzing data for software process evaluation and improvements. The successful candidate will integrate these processes into business operations to address specific business needs. The role also requires managing projects to ensure coordination, documentation, reporting, and customer communication requirements are met. Mentoring and providing guidance to testing staff is a key component of this position.

Additionally, the role involves performing quality checks across various IT functions to ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and methodologies. The candidate will define and analyze quality assurance metrics and make recommendations to clients for improving operational workflows.

• Thorough knowledge of JAVA, Web Sphere, Windows, and other middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of DB2, Oracle, IMS, and VSAM.
• Skill in white-box testing, integration testing, static testing, and 508 compliance testing utilizing JAWS software.

This is a fast-paced, multi-platform environment which may require action and response 24x7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4 years of relevant job-related work experience
• Associate's degree in CS/IT (or related field) plus 2 years of relevant experience

• 9 years of IT experience
• Proven experience in developing test plans and creating test matrices
• Experience working in complex, enterprise application environments

• Knowledge of Java
• Experience with Web Sphere
• Experience with Windows environments
• Familiarity with middleware platforms
• Database knowledge: DB2, SQL, Oracle, IMS, VSAM
• Testing expertise:
  White-box testing, Integration testing
• Experience with Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Experience testing web-based applications

• Selenium
• Puppeteer
• Appium

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases
• Perform data creation and manipulation for testing purposes
• Debug application and environment-related issues
• Support systems and application migration testing
• Track and report quality assurance metrics
• Provide testing services for multiple clients, including onsite support when required
• Make recommendations to improve testing strategies and processes
• Understand and validate functional connections between applications
• Utilize test requirements, specifications, diagrams, and logic flows
