Skills:

People Soft HCM experience with knowledge of Payroll module preferred. Knowledge of business analysis, systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques. Exceptional team facilitation skills required, along with knowledge of quality improvement tools to facilitate defining and documenting business requirements. Ability to support the activities of subject matter experts (SMEs) for enhancement and production support of one or more modules associated with the delivery of the supported People Soft HCM 9.x

enterprise application and its integration with other enterprise, departmental, and external applications.
