Business Development & Talent Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to support workforce needs, talent initiatives, and organizational priorities.
• Talent & Hiring Support: Oversee and support end-to-end recruiting efforts, with an emphasis on high-volume and operational roles; contribute to strategies that improve candidate attraction and retention.
• Client & Workforce Support: Act as a point of contact for workforce-related matters, providing guidance on engagement, communication, and issue resolution.
• Workforce Planning: Assist with staffing plans, pipeline development, and forward-looking workforce initiatives to meet evolving business demands.
• Process & Program Support: Help implement and maintain people-related programs, processes, and best practices aligned with business goals.
• Performance & Development Support: Contribute to performance discussions, coaching efforts, and development initiatives across teams.
• Compliance Awareness: Support adherence to applicable employment guidelines, policies, and risk mitigation practices.
• Change & Growth Initiatives: Support business changes, growth efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives through effective coordination and communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Several years of experience supporting talent, staffing, or workforce initiatives in fast-paced or operational environments.
• Strong background in recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or similar settings.
