This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Professional, based in Lake City, SC. The Human Resources Professional will focus on managing HR operations, designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and managing employee benefits. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining compliance with labor laws, resolving employee concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Proficiency in Human Resources, including HR management and HR policies
• Experience in personnel management and overseeing workforce needs
• Thorough understanding of employee benefits and associated compliance
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate and apply federal, state, and local labor laws
• Prior experience in conflict resolution and fostering employee engagement
• Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Professional HR certifications (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) are a plus
