Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations within our South Carolina facility. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees and leadership to promote a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns
• Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) for employee relations, onboarding, and policy communication
• Assist with recruitment, orientation, and new hire onboarding
• Support attendance tracking, employee documentation, and HR reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
• Partner with leadership on employee relations issues and workplace investigations
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate employee records

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (proffered)
• 1–3 years of HR Generalist or HR support experience preferred
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
