Assistant Manager

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily hotel operations and partner closely with the General Manager to lead teams, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who is hands-on, organized, and ready to grow into higher leadership.

• Previous hotel leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Experience with Hotel Key or similar PMS preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
