Shift

Nights - flexible 8 or 10 hour shifts

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary site lead
  • Foster high staff engagement and leadership for night shift staff
  • Manage scheduling for night shift
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a Remarkable patient experience
  • Identify and mitigate night-specific safety risk
Qualifications
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree, required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Graduate Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications, required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
