Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Health role at Professional Case Management

Overview: Provides personal care services under the direction of the RN/Case Manager. Assigned to specific clients and performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort. Part-Time and Full-Time CNAs to provide in-home care in Chapin, SC.

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Patient hygiene – bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment – meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping
• Follow written assignment and instructions
• Complete and submit appropriate documentation

• Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
• At least eighteen (18) years of age
• Current CPR certification and TB test

Standard Rate: $15.00 - $17.50 Hourly
