Embrace flexibility with schedules that adapt to family and youth needs, offering you the opportunity to work non-traditional hours and create meaningful impact. Partner closely with your supervisor to craft a schedule that maximizes your potential and meets critical service needs, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Manage an assigned caseload of referrals and provide services in accordance with referral requirements, assessments, and established objectives.
• Engage children, families, and caregivers in service delivery and treatment planning.
• Assess client and family needs and identify appropriate interventions to support safety and desired outcomes.
• Plan, implement, and adjust interventions using evidence-based and best-practice approaches.
• Become a catalyst for positive change by continuously assessing and refining service strategies, ensuring that each intervention moves clients closer to their personal transformation and wellness goals.
• Meet with designated clients for the prescribed number of hours, days, or contacts per week in accordance with program requirements.
• Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with referring authorities and involved stakeholders.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony as required.
• Master the art of professional documentation, where your meticulous record-keeping becomes a critical tool in supporting client progress, maintaining organizational excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Transport clients using a personal vehicle, as necessary and in accordance with policy.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and job shadowing to new or current staff as assigned.

• Bachelor s degree in a related field of social work, psychology or behavioral science.
• Valid driver s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
