Shift and CompensationShift: 3rd Shift
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000.00 (distributed after 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of continuous full‑time employment)
Shift Differential: up to $3.50 per hour
- Supervise Direct Support Professional I and II under the Direct Support Manager.
- Ensure accurate completion of consumer Individual Support Plan (ISP) documentation and monitor consumer safety and care.
- Implement active treatment in assigned buildings, monitor behavior data sheets, ISP
