As a valued Lifestyle Carer at Mary Andrews Village in South Hurstville, you will design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that promote social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of purpose for our residents. This part‑time position requires 13.5 hours per week, offering flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

• Facilitate group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
• Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity through meaningful engagement.
• Collaborate with care teams to integrate lifestyle support into holistic care plans.
• Encourage participation and build strong relationships with residents and families.

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, or a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Health Science or Community Services.
• Experience in planning and delivering lifestyle or recreational activities.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence (preferred).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt activities to meet diverse needs and preferences.
