Job Overview

Travel Speech Language Pathologist – Cheraw, SC – 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day, start 02/05/2026.

• Provide individualized speech‑language therapy to residents in a skilled nursing unit.
• Document sessions, progress notes, and referrals in the facility’s electronic health record.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nursing, occupational therapy, and physicians.
• Participate in care conferences and facilitate communication with families.

• Active South Carolina SNF license (Speech‑Language Pathologist).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Current certification and license status verified by the employer.
