Job Description
Summary:
Supports high quality laboratory testing in a clinical laboratory. MLT I prepares specimens for testing, performs routine laboratory tests, and executes quality control and maintenance procedures. Recognizes computer data problems, troubleshoots laboratory instruments, communicates technical information to medical and lay persons, assists in training laboratory personnel, and participates in continuing education.
