Travel Farther Together Referral Program details: payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
