Headquartered in North Carolina’s Research Triangle, we offer an array of quality improvement, clinical review, audit, technical, and consulting services and solutions to improve care delivery, system performance, and patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do:We are seeking a Quality Specialist to be responsible for ensuring the required contract quality activities are performed as determined by the Scope of Work. The Quality Specialist will maintain contract and ensure all deliverable time frames are met.
- Develop quality improvement plans addressing perceived barriers, root causes, prioritization of needs, and the deployment of tools and resources to achieve and exceed contract goals.
- Analyzes and report progress on established performance measures, when progress does not meet previously established goals, performs failure analysis and revises improvement plan accordingly.
- Develop and present project information, including interactions with providers and progress on performance measures, in both oral and written form, to multiple audiences.
- As a subject matter expert, provide technical assistance through group collaboration, learning and action networks and/or 1:1 coaching.
- Network with SMEs at the network level.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, public health, health care administration or related field.
- CPHQ, PCMH highly recommended based on the scope of the contract
- Licensure or certification as specific by contract.
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in quality improvement methodologies, not limited to PDSA, process mapping, practice transformation, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Basic understanding of data management and ability to make professional presentations.
- High level of computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) as well as Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms. Familiarity with SharePoint and survey software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of integration of public health, community health and health care intersections.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
