Job Summary
Assist clinical team: imaging technologists, nurses, physicians with daily department activities. Duties include greeting patients, managing oxygen tanks, transporting monitored or unmonitored patients to clinical areas, and preparing patients for exams.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- CPR certification (obtain within first 90 days)
- Assist patient care for population: infant, child, adolescent, adult, geriatric
- Identify patients, transport safely, complete ticket to ride
- Transport supplies, O2 tanks, deliver to appropriate areas
- Basic knowledge of department modalities to assist staff
- Adhere to universal precaution techniques
- Utilize EPIC computer system
- Respond positively to change, willingness to learn new ways
- Perform other duties as assigned or emergency
