Relient Health seeks an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Cheraw, SC. This full‑time, direct‑hire leadership opportunity is for a seasoned therapy professional with proven experience managing rehabilitation operations in an SNF setting.

This position is open only to licensed therapy professionals who already have experience as a Director of Rehab in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Clinicians (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP) looking to transition into their first management role are not considered.

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a DOR in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards
