We strive to provide comprehensive therapeutic services and programs utilizing a variety of professional restorative aids, nature-based learning, and skilled equine movements to facilitate physical and emotional growth, learning, and healing.

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) to join our team. This role blends traditional physical therapy practice with outdoor, equine-assisted, and nature-based approaches. The LPT will collaborate with trained horse handlers to ensure safe, engaging, and effective treatment sessions while helping patients reach their fullest potential.

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient, nature-based setting.
• Incorporate hippotherapy techniques into treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with horse handlers and staff to ensure safe and meaningful therapy experiences.
• Build strong connections with patients and families through compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support the mission of Strides of Strength by fostering growth, healing, and resilience.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) — new graduates are welcome.
• Prior experience working with horses preferred.
• Willingness to complete hippotherapy training (provided).
