Are you a Licensed Massage Therapist looking for a great opportunity? Join our amazing team located in the Fort Mill/Indian Land area about 30 minutes Southwest of Charlotte. Our franchised location is a family-owned business with the national brand awareness and support of Hand and Stone - a leader in the wellness industry! Hand and Stone Indian Land takes care of their massage therapists, so you can focus on our clients!
What we Offer:
Up to $2,000 sign on bonus for full-time
Up to $1,000 sign on bonus for part-time
Referral Bonus of up to $300
Healthcare option
Sponsorship of your South Carolina License
Highly Competitive compensation structure
Full-Time LMTs make $45k to $75k+ (20 to 35 services per week including tip)
Part-Time LMTs make $20k to $45k (10 to 20 services per week including tip)
Free Hands-on Training, uniform and CE credits available
Paid New Hire Trainings with 12 CEU's.
All necessary massage supplies provided and electric adjustable tables
Family oriented, professional and safe work environment
Flexible schedules
Position Responsibilities:
Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness
Treat clients in a professional, caring and respectful manner
Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall health and wellness
Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to each client
Maintain treatment records that are recorded in a timely and detailed manner.
Job Requirements:
Comply with local and South Carolina massage licensing laws and regulations.
Able to participate in a team and goal driven environment.
High degree of reliability and a strong work ethic
Able to work flexible days and hours
Maintain a professional appearance and a clean work environment
Possess or willing to get a Massage Therapist license for the state of South Carolina.
