Elite Home Care, Day Centers and Transportation provides Non-Medical In-Home Care, Medical Adult Day Care and Non-Emergency Transportation across the state of South Carolina. These services are offered to Seniors and Adults with specialized care needs who desire to continue living at home or with loved ones in the community.

LPN / RN

Elite Day Center of Columbia is seeking a part time LPN/RN that is self motivated, and very organized. This position includes medication administration as ordered, staff training and orientation, record maintenance and assisting the Administrator with daily duties. The Nurse will oversee the Member Assistants ensuring an active, safe and clean environment is maintained for members of the center.

• Experience in clinically working with older adults in either acute or residential/long term care settings and/or with Adults with Disabilities & Special Needs
• Experience in clinically working with older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Diagnosis
• Nursing Degree in good standing (Required)
• Current CPR Certification
• Clean Background check and drug screen

Job Type: Part-time (5 hours / Day)

Monday - Friday

No Weekends or Holidays
