Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry‑level to highly experienced applicants.

Shifts: Thursday and every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Night Shift.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification (SC).
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non‑facility setting.
• Home health, long‑term care, or hospice experience preferred.
