Saratoga Medical is hiring a Pharmacist II to work in a specialized medical setting in South Carolina
. This role involves providing expert pharmaceutical services, advising physicians on drug therapy, and ensuring optimal medication management for patients. The Clinical Pharmacist may also oversee pharmaceutical support services, participate in clinical research, and collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. • Provide expert pharmaceutical services and patient-specific medication management.
• Advise physicians on drug therapy and participate in clinical decision-making.
• Oversee pharmaceutical support services and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Participate in clinical research as applicable.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Pharmacology (Doctorate preferred).
• Licensure:
  Registered Pharmacist, South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
• Certifications:
  
  Relevant certifications (e.g., BCPS, ACLS) preferred.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of pharmacy laws and drug therapy.
  • Experience with healthcare technology and automation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Leadership and supervisory abilities.
