Occupational Therapist role performs visits in homes, ALF's, and ILF's. This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus. This is a full-time 8-hour position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

What Are We Looking For?
Your Health is currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing urgent care team. The role involves obtaining complete health and psychosocial histories, performing physical assessments, arranging referrals, providing health education and counseling, and conducting community education. Visits are performed remotely via telehealth, with assistance from a COTA in the field and traveling to homes when needed. Candidates must be compassionate, empathetic, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver the highest standards of care.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Occupational Therapy training program and certification through the therapy state board
- Current license to practice in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel between locations
- Proficiency in electronic documentation
- At least one year of experience in the relevant field
