The Radiologic Technologist, under the direction of the Radiologist and Radiology Director, performs all Radiology procedures in accordance with ACR, ARRT, state regulations, and departmental policies. Possesses highly technical skills to operate sophisticated equipment for examinations. Performs duties of an ARRT Technologist and demonstrates expertise in patient care across all demographics. Other duties as necessary.
Qualifications- Education: Must be an active, in-good-standing radiology student supervised by a radiology technician, practicing to their clinical competency level.
- Experience: Ability to adapt to a fast-changing healthcare environment, work independently, communicate effectively, build partnerships, and manage multiple demands. Good interpersonal and communication skills are required. Ability to work under stress, coordinate activities, and plan effectively. Overtime and on-call may be required.
- CPR certification required
